Both are possible, and it’s the one real difference between Cloud and 360. Cloud secures and runs your Microsoft 365; your devices stay yours. 360 adds management of every device: set up, kept up to date, and lockable remotely if one goes missing.
Because the work genuinely varies from one company to the next. A flat package would mean some clients subsidise others. We look at your setup, then send a clear proposal: our service on one side, your Microsoft licence on the other.
A clean migration from a tidy setup is included. If the ground turns out tangled (forgotten accounts, shortcuts left by a predecessor), we stop, show you what we found, and price it before carrying on. No surprise bills.
No. Microsoft 365 is the core of what we manage, and that’s where the work is most systematic. But your IT doesn’t stop there: other SaaS tools, integrations, security that needs to extend beyond Microsoft. We help with all of that. It’s just more bespoke by nature, so we scope and price it case by case.
