Detail

Cloud or 360: one difference, explained clearly.

What's included, line by line. Detail for those who want it; not the selling angle.

One question to ask yourself.

Cloud and 360 share exactly the same foundation: managed Microsoft 365, protected identities, secured email and files. The difference comes down to one question: does InfraPro manage your devices?

With Cloud, your devices stay yours. You choose them, you buy them, you handle them, or manage them another way. We take care of everything that runs in the cloud.

With 360, we manage the team's computers and phones as well: setup, updates, security, and remote wipe if a device is lost or stolen. It's the right option if you want a consistent fleet without having to think about it.

If you're not sure, we look at it together. Most organisations that start on Cloud move to 360 when they're ready to stop managing hardware themselves.

Identities and access protected Your accounts stay locked down even if a password leaks: verified sign-in, controlled access, suspicious attempts blocked.
Email and files secured Your messages and documents are protected from loss and intrusion, and stay reachable wherever your team works.
Devices managed and secured Your team's computers and phones are set up, kept up to date and protected by us: a consistent fleet, no patchwork.
Remote lock or wipe if a device is lost If a device is lost or stolen, we lock or wipe it remotely so your data doesn't leave with it.
Preferred rates on hardware You get our rates on hardware when it's time to renew the team's devices.

Frequently asked

The only difference is device management. If you want us to manage the team's computers and phones too, that's 360; if you'd rather keep that in your hands, that's Cloud. Both protect your accounts, email and data in exactly the same way.

No. Both give you the same underlying protection: identities, email, access, data. 360 adds device management; it isn't a security step up from a 'lighter' base.

Yes, that's common. The foundation is the same; we add device management when you're ready.

Not for now: the price depends on your team and your setup. We'll talk it through and send you a proposal made for you.
