Security
- Your setup hardened, and kept tight over time. Beyond the protection already included, we tighten your configuration and keep it that way: access, rules and weak points reviewed and put right, again and again, to shrink the ways an incident could start. This is hands-on work on your own setup, not a product we plug in.
- Someone is watching over your IT, day and night. Continuous monitoring of your environment. At night, at weekends, over the holidays: unusual behaviour is spotted, understood and dealt with before it ever becomes your problem.
Governance
- You know who can reach what, your data stays in order, and you keep control. Over time, access piles up, files scatter, and no one quite knows who can see what any more. We put that in order, and keep it there: clear rules on who can reach what, tidy data. Enough to show your house is in order the day a client, a funder or a partner asks. The scope is matched to your activity, no more and no less.
Backup
- Your data, never lost. A managed backup of your Microsoft 365, with tested recovery. A deleted file, a leaver's mailbox, a folder that vanished by mistake: we get it back.
Remote access
- Your team works from anywhere, on your apps, without leaving a door open. At home, on the move or across several sites, your team needs to reach your tools and files: easy for them, closed to everyone else. Your accounts stay locked down. Sign-in is verified every time and suspicious attempts are blocked: a password alone is never enough to get in.
