Expertise · Artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence that works on your own data, without ever letting it slip into a public tool.

“We should be doing AI.” The instinct is right, but most attempts stall fast: you open a consumer chatbot, ask it something about your business, and it makes up an answer because it knows nothing about you.

The real gain is elsewhere. Artificial intelligence that works on your own information saves you genuine hours, without ever scattering your data somewhere you can no longer see it. That’s what we build, case by case.

AI that knows your business

A useful assistant is one that’s plugged into your reality. We connect it, privately and securely, to the tools you already use and to the information spread between them, including your suppliers’ systems.

It stops answering from the open web and starts answering from your documents, your files, your data. You feel the difference straight away: the answers are about your business, not generalities.

Your data stays yours

This is the heart of it. Your data is never poured into a public chatbot that learns from it, and it is never used to train anyone’s model or added to a shared dataset. It stays in an environment we control. The model that processes it works under a strict agreement that allows it to be used only to answer you.

Depending on how sensitive your data is, we choose where it runs: the simplest option when that’s fine, a region-controlled or private setup when your work demands it.

Each person their own, limited to what they may see

Everyone gets their own private assistant. And it only ever sees what that person is already allowed to see: the same access as your other tools, no more, no less. Nobody stumbles onto a file that isn’t theirs. The AI doesn’t become a back door into your information; it follows the rules you’ve already set.

Reached the way your team prefers

Then it has to be easy to use. You reach it whichever way suits your team: a dedicated assistant on its own, or straight through the Microsoft Copilot many people already use day to day. Behind both sits the same private engine, connected to your data. We fit your habits rather than imposing new ones.

If you already use Copilot, these practical use cases for small businesses give a sense of what it does day to day.

We start from the result, not the technology

Two needs that look alike can call for two very different builds, depending on the data involved. That’s why we never start from the technology, but from the result you’re after and what your data genuinely allows.

Sometimes the right answer is simple and quick; sometimes it deserves more thought; sometimes it can wait. We’ll tell you which. These aren’t ideas we try out on you: they’re the principles we build our own systems with, before we offer them to anyone.

Frequently asked

Is my data used to train a public AI?
No. It stays in an environment we control, used to answer your questions, not to feed a public model. Nothing is tipped into a consumer tool that would learn from your information.
Do you need deep pockets to start?
Not necessarily. The most useful starting point is often the simplest and most affordable. Two similar needs can still cost very differently depending on the data involved. We look at yours and tell you what's worth doing, and what can wait.
We already use Copilot. Is this redundant?
No, it's complementary. Copilot is a good everyday assistant; this is about your own data and specific tasks. You can even reach it through the Copilot you already know.

Go further

  • You know who can reach what, your data stays in order, and you keep control. Over time, access piles up, files scatter, and no one quite knows who can see what any more. We put that in order, and keep it there: clear rules on who can reach what, tidy data. Enough to show your house is in order the day a client, a funder or a partner asks. The scope is matched to your activity, no more and no less.
