Expertise · Hardware and software

You equip your business without becoming an expert in hardware: we know what lasts, what's wasted, and what fits how you work.

IT hardware is an easy place to spend badly: paying for power that will never be used, or making a false economy you settle in breakdowns six months later. Our job isn’t to sell you one more product line, but to tell you, knowing your business, what’s actually worth buying.

The first decision is often this one: buy your own equipment or have it managed.

Knowing what lasts, and what’s wasted

We see a lot of setups, and we know what holds up and what disappoints. Instead of a spec sheet, you get a view: the machine that’s right for that role, the network kit that will take the load in your premises, the phone that will suit your team. Chosen for how you work, not for what’s on offer this week.

From purchase to up and running

We deal directly with our suppliers: good terms, bundled deals, no catalogues for you to comb through. The equipment is then prepared and delivered wherever you need it, configured and ready to use. A single laptop for one remote worker, or a full fleet across several sites: the same care either way.

The software setup is us: integrating the machines into your Microsoft 365 environment and getting them running. For on-site installation and larger rollouts, across France we coordinate a national network of installers; elsewhere, or if you’d rather, we work with your own trusted installer or electrician. For bigger jobs we come and see the site first before quoting. One point of contact, and we orchestrate the rest.

The warranty stays with the manufacturer

For the hardware itself, the warranty and any repair rest with the manufacturer: we’re not a repair workshop. Choosing well also means taking the right level of manufacturer warranty or maintenance contract, matched to how important the machine is. We help you choose it, and we stand beside you to call on it if something goes wrong.

Buy, and finance if you need to

We sell and advise on equipment; we don’t lease it. If you’d rather spread the cost, we can put you in touch with a finance company: you buy the equipment and own it, the financing simply spreads the payments. And if you’re on the 360 offer, the equipment joins your fleet already managed and secured, with no extra step for you.

Frequently asked

How do you choose the equipment you recommend?
By how you work, not by a brand or a promotion. We start from what your teams do, how long you mean to keep the equipment, and your budget, then recommend what fills that role best. If you'd rather bring your own equipment, we'll fold it in.
Who does the on-site installation?
The software side is us: preparing the machines, integrating them into Microsoft 365, getting them running. For physical installation and larger rollouts, across France we coordinate a national network of installers, and we can also bring in your own trusted installer or electrician. Wherever your sites are, you deal with us, and we bring in the right people on the ground.
Do you offer leasing?
No. We sell and advise on equipment, but we don't lease it: buying kit to rent it back out isn't our business. If you'd rather spread the cost, we can point you to a finance company for a staged purchase, where you still own the equipment at the end.
What happens if a device fails?
The hardware warranty is the manufacturer's, not ours: we're not a repair workshop. When you buy, we make sure you've got the right level of manufacturer warranty or maintenance contract for how critical the machine is, and we help you call on it when the time comes. For software, security and setup, though, we're the people you call.
